Mark Johnson is an author, speaker, and the Co-Founder of CoRecruit Systems and business partner in ThirdPool Recruiting Systems. Mark's passion and expertise is enabling broker owners and team leaders to create the systems, structure, and processes that support their growth.
With deep real estate industry experience, Mark is the former Brand President and CEO of JPAR® – Real Estate company-owned-stores which under his leadership grew nearly 5 times in size in 5 years with $8 billion in sales, 24,000 annual transactions and 4,000 associates. He has invested decades in understanding the inner workings of high-performing real estate companies, managers, teams, and their leaders in major markets across the world. Mark has served in progressive leadership capacities for one of the largest HomeServices real estate firms, the nation's leading real estate coaching organization, in sales and customer marketing leadership capacities for a fortune 200 consumer goods company, and served in the US Army.
Mark has presented engaging content to audiences of all sizes and is the author of three books "One Helluva A Move", "Up In Your Business", and "From Willing To Eager."
A father of 3 and a lifelong learner and adventure athlete, Mark has earned his MBA from California State University along with a Behavioral Change Certification from the National Association of Sports Medicine.
Ben is serial entrepreneur, writer, and coach who has helped hundreds of real estate companies, teams, and managers excel at recruiting.
In 2006, he co-founded ThirdPool Recruiting--a new agent recruiting, marketing and software company that operates in more than 80 metro areas in the United States.
Ben is the author and syndicator of Recruiting Insight, a daily e-publication read by hundreds of high-performing real estate leaders and managers every day.
Prior to his work in real estate, Ben gained business experience in software, electronics, and financial services companies.
He's a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and completed most of his Naval service in Japan. He is the father of 6 children and enjoys sailing in the Puget Sound and fly fishing in the Cascade mountains.
