When you put this weekly meeting on your schedule, you’ll be forcing yourself to recruit with your peers and other managers across the country.

Each Talent Attention Groups starts with a 5-minute Recruiting Huddle (short video on various recruiting topics) followed by 30-minutes of live recruiting (zoom meeting w/ mics muted.)

After the 30-minutes of recruiting, you report your TCF+ metrics and wins to the session facilitator. It’s a great way to get at least one of your recruiting time blocks completed each week!

Periodically, you’ll get a members-only invitation to special sessions with guest speakers, detailed sharing of methodologies and insights, and group interactions with other high-performing managers and owners.
